We were pleasantly surprised to have a room with a bathtub, the location was great, and the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay!

Deluxe hotel with modern rooms and outstanding view over the mountain and valley. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Brilliant, marvellous location next to the hikes people usually do in Cerro Castillo, the restaurants, and the Carretera Austral, charming staff. Also, up to the lagoon.

I really enjoyed very friendly and attentive personnel that ensures guests have an enjoyable stay.

The room was really nice and had a modern vibe. It had a shower, hairdryer, and soft bath sheets in the private bathroom. 🚿

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had a nice bathroom, minibar, climate control, and a personal safe for $120.

The Refugio is truly a paradise with its stunning mountain views and beautiful cabin design. The bed and blankets are incredibly comfortable, and the shower and bathroom are wonderful. The little kitchen is a great convenience. The owner, Facu, is an awesome dude who goes above and beyond to make the stay incredible. He provided us with information about the area, helped us with transportation, and even helped us find alternative accommodations when needed. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.

We had a great value for our money at B&B Y Cabanas Cerro Castillo. The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. The staff, especially Irene, were very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and easy.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be to have more food options available.

The location of this B&B was incredible, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. It was the perfect spot for our New Year's getaway. the bed was extremely comfortable, providing us with some of the best sleep we've had on our entire trip. having a kitchen in our room made it easy to prepare our meals, giving us the flexibility we wanted.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the shower in our room was a bit difficult to adjust the temperature, which was a bit frustrating.
